Questions
What does “free until Christmas” mean?
Until 31 December 2026, every child gets Oakling Premium: unlimited practice, focus practice you set, and full progress reports, for all your children. There's no card to add and nothing to cancel. Founding families (who join now) will also get a special Christmas offer, announced in December. We'll tell you well before anything changes, and you can then stay on the free Essentials plan or choose a paid one.
How does the free trial work?
If you haven't subscribed before, Premium starts with a 7-day free trial and Plus with a 3-day one. You add a card and everything starts straight away. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
What is the money-back guarantee?
If Oakling Primary Scholars isn't right for your child, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund that payment in full.
How do I cancel?
Any time, online, from this page: sign in and choose Manage billing. Your plan carries on until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the free Essentials plan. Nothing is deleted.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move between Plus and Premium, or between monthly, quarterly and yearly, from this page. The difference is charged or credited for the rest of the billing period.
What happens when I add another child?
Plus covers one child and Premium covers two (the second child is free). Each child beyond that is a small extra charge, added from your next payment so you're never charged a surprise part-month amount. Remove a child and the charge comes off.
Do my children ever see prices?
No. Children never see plans or prices. If a child reaches a daily limit they're simply told to come back tomorrow, and only a parent can choose or change a plan.
Is VAT included?
Yes. The prices shown are what you pay.
