What your school gets

  • All six subjects and every stage, for every year group.
  • Teachers create classes and add pupils singly or by uploading a roster, with a simple PIN for each child.
  • Set work for the whole class: pick a topic, how many rounds and a due date, then see who has finished.
  • Times Tables Check practice in the shape of the Year 4 check (25 questions, 6 seconds each), with scores for each pupil. It is practice, not the official check.
  • Class and pupil reports, and a whole-school view for the school’s admin teacher.
  • At the end of the year, move a class up a year or hand it to another teacher, keeping the progress.
  • No adverts, and no limit on practice for pupils in a class.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your school. The form below takes a minute.
  2. We set up your trial and reply by email, usually within two working days.
  3. Try it for 4 weeks with as many classes as you like.
  4. Decide. If you carry on we send an invoice or take a purchase order. If not, we delete your pupils’ data.

Questions

Is it per pupil?

No. Your school pays one flat price a year, set by its size band. Adding a class, a teacher or a pupil part-way through the year costs nothing extra.

What does the free trial include?

Everything, for 4 weeks, for the whole school. No card is needed and nothing is charged. At the end you choose whether to continue; if you don’t, we close the trial and the pupils’ data is deleted.

How do we pay?

By invoice or purchase order, once you decide to continue. There is no online checkout for schools and no card payment to set up. Ask us if your school needs anything specific on the invoice.

Do offers add together?

No. The best single offer applies: a group discount, a 3-year agreement, or the founding-school offer.

What counts as a group?

2 or more schools that are connected, for example a multi-academy trust, a federation or a local cluster, buying together. Each school still pays by its own size band.

What happens to pupils’ data?

Your school decides what the portal is used for and is the data controller; we handle the data on its behalf, only to run the portal. We show no adverts and never use pupils’ data for marketing. See the privacy policy for the details.

Our school isn’t in the list.

Just type its name. The list covers state schools in England and Wales; independent, Scottish and Northern Irish schools are welcome too.
